HONOR CODE & STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

1. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY & AUTHENTICITY

Athovia is committed to maintaining the highest standards of educational integrity. By enrolling in our courses, students agree to:

• Submit only their own original work, essays, and practice evaluations.
• Refrain from submitting work generated by third parties or unauthorized automated tools where explicit individual human performance is required.
• Complete mock tests and assessments under fair, self-monitored conditions without unauthorized external assistance.
• Accurately represent their identity during live training sessions, diagnostic tests, and official communications.

2. RESPECTFUL COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Athovia strives to foster a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment across all live sessions, discussion boards, and communication channels. Students agree to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times.
• Refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, hate speech, discrimination, offensive language, or disruptive behavior during live classes or in community forums.
• Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of instructors and peers. Sharing private contact details or recordings of other participants without consent is strictly prohibited.
• Maintain decorum during Q&A sessions and allow equal opportunity for fellow learners to participate.

3. PROPRIETARY CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All learning resources, video recordings, practice tests, study guides, and strategies provided by Athovia are protected intellectual property. Students agree to:

• Use course materials exclusively for their personal, non-commercial learning and examination preparation.
• Not record, screenshot, download, reproduce, distribute, or share live or recorded sessions and proprietary study materials with external parties.
• Keep account access credentials strictly confidential and refrain from sharing login access with any third party.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE OF AI & PLATFORM TOOLS

Where AI tools or automated feedback systems are integrated into Athovia's platform:

• Students agree to use AI features strictly as supplementary learning aids.
• Attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, exploit, or maliciously disrupt any platform infrastructure, AI evaluator, or security mechanism is strictly forbidden.

5. VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT

Athovia reserves the right to review reported violations of this Code of Conduct. Depending on the severity of the breach, Athovia may take the following actions:

• Written Warning: A formal notice detailing the violation and corrective expectations.
• Temporary Suspension: Suspension of access to live classes, discussion channels, or platform features.
• Account Termination: Permanent revocation of platform access and removal from current batches without eligibility for a refund in cases of severe or repeated misconduct.
